The next activity was going to the orphanage. The NGO had to send the focal person to go round the city of bamenda and locate the orphanages. That is, the institution wanted to know where the orphanages are located in town and do some evaluation in order to do some assessment on which of the orphanages we will visit first, that is the orphanage that needs more help.

After the evaluation, lukemeral located at mile 90 in bamenda was chosen. From the report from the field it was discovered that the orphanage started a building but was unable to complete it because of lack of materials.  Due to this, HOFEH decided to support the orphanage with 10bags of cement for them to help complete the building. Apart of the cement, we noticed that children were many and some never had dresses to put on. For that reason, some dresses were also bought and we carried them to the orphanage. Going to the orphanage to see the children, we could not go without buying something for the children to eat.
